I'm a gamer. I won't deny it one bit. So when I was given the chance to work on a game featuring Chevy's Max & Al (Patrick Warburton, and Craig Robinson, respectively) I peed a little.
Living on Facebook and iOS devices, this game features an awesome pixel-art style by the talented Gary Lucken who created the majority of objects and environments. Using Gary's assets I then began creating seamless environment tiles, character walk, run, and power-up sequence sprite sheets, item pick-up and power-up sequences, UI sets, and interaction animations. Once the Facebook version was completed, I then oversaw the development for the iOS version, as well as repurposed and recreated all environment and gameplay assets for the retina display. To top it all off I cooked up a promotional motion spot for the game.
